The 2026 MPS Cut Peony Flower and Artistic Design show, “Peonies: Jewels of the Spring”, was held on June 6th and 7th at Bachman’s on Lyndale. Preparations began Friday night and through Saturday morning. There were thirteen exhibitors in the Hort division which included our furthest away visitor from Oregon, Carol Adelman of Adelman Peony Gardens.  The Artistic division included eight designs. Grand Champion was the woody peony ‘Spellbound’ exhibited by Jill Stevens. Adelman Peony Gardens won Reserve Champion with ‘Coral Charm’. Denese Erickson won Grand Champion Design in the class “Pearl Harbor” and also Reserve Champion in the class “Spring Dance”. The show opened to the public at 1PM after judging was just completed. The hard work from all the show participants and volunteers is finally realized.  All results are published on this website under the ‘Resource’ tab and on the following link below.  Thank you again volunteers and exhibitors for another successful peony show.
